From the south:
Use I-5/US-12 North – take exit 88A toward Tenino – turn right onto Old Hwy 99 SW – stay on Old Hwy 99 through Tenino – Rainier is the next town – the Signature Service Real Estate office is in a yellow house as you enter Rainier, on the right.

From Olympia/Lacey/Tumwater using Rainier Hwy:
At the intersection of Yelm and Rainier highways – take Rainier Hwy all the way to Rainier – at stop sign, the Signature Service Real Estate office will be directly in front of you in a yellow house.
